Fresh food orders are typically delivered within the same day. Packaged products with expiry dates may require approximately 3–5 working days for delivery depending on location and availability.
Delivery Charges
UAE delivery fees are charged at a flat rate of AED 15 for orders below AED 200. Delivery charges may vary for special locations or bulk orders.
Customer Responsibility
To avoid delays, customers are requested to provide a complete delivery address along with accurate contact details during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.
