Refunds
No refunds are allowed on any food purchases for food safety and hygiene purposes. All sales are final once the order has been prepared or delivered.
Exchange
No exchanges are allowed on purchases for hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet UAE health standards.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours if the food has not yet been prepared or delivered. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within up to 1 week.
